STOLEN PIG RALLY 2021
The Stolen Pig Rally is for Street Legal Dual Sport Adventure Bikes only!!!
All people registering for the Rally must hold a valid motorcycle license. Those registering and riding double not holding a valid license must be 18 years of age or older to register for the rally. We ask this because all routes leading to The Real McCoy Trails will be accessed from the highway. Rather it be street riding or back woods single lanes. The Rally is an outdoor all weather event. It will go on rain or shine. Plan your trip accordingly. We are looking forward to seeing everyone again in 2021. The Annual Stolen Pig Rally 2021 will be held at The McCoy Pig Farm Camp Ground April 22nd-25th, 2021.
The Stolen Pig Rally 2021 will be different this year offering a little less structure which means more ADVENTUROUS! Please read all our information .

*The Real McCoy Trails: Three days of some great riding on The Real McCoy Trails: Self guided Map Sheets are
provided. Group Rides can be organized on site / there's individuals riding daily who welcomes you to ride along. More than 1,000 miles of trails that include some awesome Backwoods Single Lane Twisty B Top as well as some
Dirt/Gravel Roads located within 10 / 25 miles of Base Camp.
* 3 nights of Tent Camping or Hammock Camping.
* Friday and Saturday Complimentary Lunch, Self Roasted "All the BACON and Hot Dogs you can eat ".
* Saturday Late Night Campfire BACON ROAST. Self Roasted, ALL YOU CAN EAT !!!!!
* Free coffee each morning.
*Onsite grills are available for those wanting to cook your own meals.
*No additional meals are included in your registration. Wingo's Grill will be open for service daily. We would enjoy having you stop in! Other nearby restaurants will be open for service as well.
* THERE ARE NO OFFICIAL GUIDED RIDES.

* The Complimentary Three Day Hatfield McCoy Trail Permit will NOT be provided this year due to Covid-19 regulations. About the Camp Ground:
Tent Camping Spaces. First come first serve / Pick a spot.
Several Hammock Sites To attach to trees. Pick your trees.
2 Indoor Baths with showers and Port a Johns on site.
The McCoy Pig Farm Campground is a semi primitive campground. Riders preferring motel or cabin lodging or needing larger RV Space can reserve such Accommodations in Downtown Matewan.
If you are pulling a trailer with a truck you must park it off site unless you have purchased and reserved an RV Campsite!!! Parking for such trucks and trailers or just trucks are available at Campsite Entrance / Exit for 10-12 Trucks and Trailers on 1st come 1st serve!!! Additional such parking is available approximate 1 mile from camp. NO SLEEPING ALLOWED IN TRUCKS AND or TRAILERS UNLESS YOU HAVE PURCHASED AND RESERVED AN RV CAMPSITE. NO TRUCKS OR TRAILERS ALLOWED ON CAMPGROUND UNLESS YOU HAVE PURCHASED A RV SITE.
Campfires and Fireworks: Due to limited camping / tent space and possibility of catching the mountain on fire we ask that you not build campfires on the ground. There are three grills available plus the Pavilion Bon Fire Area if you need to grill any food.
NO SHOOTING OF FIREWORKS OR OTHER SUCH EXPLOSIVES ARE ALLOWED ON THE CAMPGROUNDS!!!

Check us out at www.hatfieldmccoyresort.com. Wingo's Grill and the Hatfield McCoy Inn located at The Hatfield McCoy Resort will be open daily. There are other Restaurant and Lodging facilities within the City of Matewan 2 miles from camp. Note: There are no tent sites in Matewan this year. The lot is reserved for Matewan parking.
The charge for RV camping in Matewan is $75 plus your $100.00 registration fee. You have to call me prior to registering to make sure there is a spot available.

CANCELLATION POLICY Refunds for any prepaid camping arrangements will only be given with a written request submitted and received 21 days prior to the event start date. The Refund will be the amount you paid less a $35 refund processing fee and a 5% credit card processing fee. All request are to be emailed to SPRally21@aol.com
All other cancellations after the dead line will be considered a donation to help sponsor the time, effort, and cost of this rally.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

IN CONSIDERATION of being permitted to complete, officiate, observe, work for, or participate in any Real McCoy Trails activities (EVENT(S) or being permitted to enter for any purpose on a RESTRICTED AREA (defined as any area requiring special authorization, credentials, or permission to enter or any area to which admission by general public is restricted or prohibited), I, for myself, my personal representatives, heirs and next of kin:
Acknowledge, agree and represent that I have or will immediately upon entering any of such RESTRICTED AREA(S) and continuously thereafter, will inspect the RESTRICTED AREA(S) which I enter. And I further agree and warrant that, if at any time, I am in or about RESTRICTED AREA(S) and I feel anything to be unsafe, I will immediately advise the officials of such and if necessary will leave the RESTRICTED AREA(S) and/or refuse to participate further in the EVENT(S).
I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE THE REAL MCCOY TRAILS, THE HATFIELD MCCOY RESORT INN, WINGO’S GRILL, THE REAL MCCOY PIG FARM CAMPGROUND, DONALD MCCOY, KATHY MCCOY, AND/OR THEIR CHILDREN AND/OR THEIR SPOUCES, The City of Matewan, The Pike County Fascial Court, the promotors, participants, racing associations, sanctioning organizations or any subdivision thereof, track operators ,track owners, guides, officials, motorcycle owners, riders, pit crews, rescue personnel, any person in any RESTRICTED AREA(S), sponsors, advertisers, owners and lessees of premises used to conduct the EVENT(S), premises and event inspectors, surveyors, underwriters, consultants, and others who give recommendations, directions, or instructions or engage in risk evaluation or loss control activities regarding the premises or EVENT(S) and each of them, their directors, officers, agents, and activities regarding the premises or EVENT(S) and each of them, their directors, officers, agents and employees, NO ONE, all for the purposes herein referred to as “Releasees,
FROM ALL LIABILAITY TO THE UNDERSIGNED”, his/her personal representatives, assigns, heirs, the next of kin FOR ANY AND ALL LOSS OR DAMAGE, AND ANY CLAIM OR DEMANDS THEREFORE ON ACCOUNT OF INJURY TO THE PERSON OR PROPERTY OF RESULTING IN DEATH OF THE UNDERSIGNED ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE EVENT(S), WEETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASES OR OTHERWISE.
HEREBY AGREE TO IDEMNIFY AND SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS the Releases and their insurance carrier, and each of them FROM ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, OR COST they may incur arising out of or related to the EVENT(S) WHEATHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE.
HEREBY ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISK OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERETY DAMAGE arising out of one related to the EVENT(S) weather caused by the NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES or otherwise.
HEREBY acknowledge that THE ACTIVITIES OF THE EVENT(S) ARE POTRNTIALLY VERY DANGEROUS and involve the risk of serious injury and/or death and/or property damage. I also expressly acknowledge that INJURIES RECEIVED MAY BE CMPOUNDED OR INCREASED BY NEGLIGENT RESCUE OPERATIONS OR PROCEDURES OF RELEASES.
IF, DESPITE THIS RELEASE, I OR ANYONE ON MY BEHALF MAKES A CLAIM AGAINST ANY OF THE RELEASES NAMED ABOVE, I AGREE TO IDEMNIFY AND SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RELEASEES AND THEIR INSURANCE CARRIER. AND EACH OF THEM FROM ANY LITIGATION
EXPENSES, ATTORNEYS FEES, LOSS, LIABILITY, DAMAGE, OR COSTS THEYMAY INCUR DUE TO THE CLAIM MADE AGAINST ANY OF THE RELEASES NAMED ABOVE. WHEATHER THE CLAIM IS BASED ON THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEE OR OTHERWISE.
HEREBY agree that this Releases and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement extends to all acts of negligence by the Releasees, INCLUDING NEGLIGENT RESCUE OPERATIONS, and is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the laws of the Province or State in which the EVENT(S) is/are conducted and that if any portion thereof is held
Invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND IDEMNITY AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS WHEN REGISTERING AND PAYING FOR THE EVENT, AND UNDERSTAND FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE OR GUARANTEE BEING MADE TO ME AND INTEND MY REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.
