Camping: Choose a camp site and fill out a form below or call 304-426-4700. There's also a list of optional items you can purchase. Once the form is received someone will

give you a call to finish  your registration and collect the fee. We accept Visa andMaster Card. Your pre-paid Permits  will be waiting for you when you arrive in Wingo's Grill at The Hatfield McCoy Resort.  Pre-Registration is NOT mandatory but camping permits are mandatory & required prior to setting up camp in the

campground.  Space is limited to Approximately 100 motel guest and a minimum of 125 camping sites and more if needed. For campers that prefer to pick a spot and pay upon arrival please stop by Wingo's Grill at The Hatfield McCoy Resort and pay for your camping spot prior to setting up camp.

​ Each Tent Camp Site is app. 200 sq ft per area.  The cost is $12 and $15 admission PER TENT PER NIGHT There is no charge for children under the age of 18 and you are welcome to put an additional tent for children only on your 10' x 20' site.   PULL CAMPERS & RV'S  are $25.00 PER NIGHT. Camping Section C  is for motorcycles and tents only - no cars or trailers will be allowed in the primitive camping area.  Parking in town is limited for large trucks, rigs, and cars. Additional parking is available in various places. We suggest to those who want to lodge in a Motel or Inn to book earlier due to June being the prime season here in our area for The Hatfield McCoy Trail riders.  These folks sometimes book several months in advance.  Registering early will assure you a room.
